1. Who may use SexyAgenda

SexyAgenda.nl lists sex-positive events for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it.

2. Event listings

Listings are compiled from public event pages, partly with the help of AI, and link to the organiser's own page. We try to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee dates, prices, locations or who an event is for. Always check with the organiser before you go.

Door policies, age limits and who an event is for are set and enforced by the organiser, not by us. Organisers can ask us to correct or remove a listing or a label through the feedback button, and we act on reasonable requests promptly.

3. Your account

You sign in with Tonomy ID. By accepting these terms you agree that we keep an account for you with your email address, your consent choices and your email preferences, so that the account features work.

You agree that we store the events and searches you save, and use them only to show them to you and to send the saved-search emails you ask for. Saved events and searches can reveal your sexual orientation, gender identity or sexual interests; you explicitly consent to our storing them for these purposes, and you can delete them at any time on your account page.

You can turn off saved-search emails, choose discreet emails, clear your saved data or delete your account whenever you like. Marketing emails are separate and sent only if you opt in. Details are in the privacy notice.

4. Fair use

Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping of SexyAgenda, no attempts to access other people's accounts, and no feedback messages that harass anyone or contain other people's personal data.

5. Retention and deletion

Saved events are removed 12 months after the event ended. An account not signed in to for 24 months is deleted after a warning email. You can delete your account at any time; it cannot be restored.

6. Liability

SexyAgenda is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for events themselves, for decisions made on the basis of a listing, or for a temporary unavailability of the service.

7. Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters for your account, we ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Dutch law applies.
